The prints are Side stapled or can be gallery wrapped at your request. If you are purchasing the frame ready print and want to choose a frame to match your home or office decor, order the side stapled print. All orders are pre-pay only.

The quality of your experience is our priority. In the event that you are not satisfied with any item, you many return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. See below to determine how to proceed based on your reason for return.
Reason for Return: My order was damaged during delivery (or other quality concerns).
Easy Photo Return: If your order arrived in less than satisfactory condition, speed up your return by following these simple steps:Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (if damaged).Indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement.You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed.If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your order. We will process the refund or replacement based on your photos.
Please note: Easy Photo Return is not available for Limited Edition or Artist Proof prints.
If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed. If you are unable to complete an Easy Photo Return, or your order does not qualify for Easy Photo Return, please contact us.
Reason for Return: I changed my mind; it doesn't look like I thought it would in my space. Return Your ShipmentIf a product is perfect, but not perfect for you, we invite you to return it for a full refund (minus shipping charges) by following these simple steps:Complete and print a Return Request form which you can find on the back of the Packing List included with your order.Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose your completed return request (the shipping address is listed at the bottom of the form). We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.We will typically issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.

Depending on the lead times, once we receive the prints from the printers, all orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
